Whether it’s after a refreshing swim in our infinity pool or a revitalizing session at our Spa, you can always rely on our bar for a cocktail, a fresh juice made with local citrus fruits, a delicious granita, or fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies and, of course, a fine glass of Malvasia.

And if sunbathing sparks your appetite, we offer a light menu featuring a wide variety of sandwiches, toast, and delicious salads, all freshly prepared.

On our terrace, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view as the sun disappears over the horizon, an aperitivo you’ll carry with you forever.

You’ll find all kinds of treats: local cured meats and cheeses, cones of fried fish or vegetables, Eolian-flavored bread, fried pizzelle, and many other delights to accompany the moment, paired with a freshly crafted cocktail by our bartenders or a glass of local wine.

Our restaurant welcomes guests into an intimate, authentic setting and surprises them with dishes such as handmade grouper ravioli in shrimp sauce, fresh lasagna with Aeolian pesto, swordfish rolls with sautéed wild fennel, baby squid with orange, and Ragusano cheese fondue.

Our vegetable garden also plays a starring role, thanks to the skilled use of the hundreds of wild plants offered by the unspoiled landscape, from wild fennel to “rapuddi,” a local plant with a flavor somewhere between turnip greens and spinach.

The wine list focuses on Aeolian and Sicilian producers, including niche wineries, while the cocktail menu is versatile and original, shaped by the availability of seasonal herbs and fruits.

For example, the preacklypear, will be available from late July, when the fruit is perfectly ripe.

The team, made up almost entirely of locals, is the heart of this immersive Aeolian experience. The food & beverage service is led by Federica and Simona Di Maio, two true-born islanders with deep roots in Salina.
