Here everything follows a simple and profound principle: respect the raw ingredients, enhance them, let them speak without transforming them. Most of the vegetables and herbs come from our organic gardens, cultivated following the slow rhythm of nature; the extra virgin olive oil comes from our olive groves and the fish arrives daily from local sustainable fishing.

The wine list accompanies this journey with a careful selection of small Aeolian and Sicilian wineries, custodians of ancient knowledge and a deep connection with the territory.

The day begins with a breakfast that smells of home: freshly baked pastries, tarts, biscuits and carefully chosen ingredients, to be savored slowly while your gaze is lost in the sea.
